Ghost of City Council

This dark story happened in  XVIII century. Karol Radzivill had a friend and distant relative Mikhail Volodkovich, who wanted to become a member of Minsk City Council. That man was a sloven, drunkard and womanizer. Naturally, nobody wanted him in the City Council because of his notoriety. Volodkovich applied for help to his relative and boon companion and the last solved the problem fundamentally. Radzivill came to Minsk with soldiers, entered city Council and his ne'er-do-well chum got desired position. In spite of his reputable status new member of City Council continued doing of crazy things one after another. Either he waved with saber at official place being tipsy or spoiled service to a priest arranging free wine treatment at temple's entrance.

Officials tolerated freaks of the willful person, knowing about powerful protector of the villain who could free him out of a prison whatever happens. But once he exhausted everybody's patience and was arrested and sentenced to be shot without any trial and investigation. A priest came to unaware Volodkovich and offered him to repent of his sins having said it would be enough to be forgiven. But the poor thing refused whether feeling his impunity or considering that they played practical jokes on him. Immediately after that Mikhail was taken out to the park near City Council and shot.  They say that soul of the villain haunted in nights near City Council and demanded justice. City Council was destroyed and after its reconstruction now they say that the ghost appeared again.
